It requires courage to look at your life without judgment, to open your heart for anything that happened to you and to be willing to forgive. I personally started to embrace this process a few years ago and as we are all in the spiral of life, I believe that this process never ends. But it definitely gets easier over time. In my eyes we all are already perfect, we just think that we should be different/ or reach a specific level or achieving something great when in fact all we need to do is coming back home to our true selves. That means shedding old destructive patterns and beliefs, dissolving mental and emotional blockages and restructuring our whole lives. Through walking this path of inner transformation, I gained a lot of wisdom and collected many important and helpful tools, which I want to share with you in our sessions to make your process as beautiful as possible. We always have to remember that it doesn't have to be so difficult as we mostly think, especially not when we walk our path together - in pure love, compassion, acceptance and forgiveness.
